Refund policy

USA:

Due to the nature of the product, refunds and returns are not accepted.

While we take care wrapping and packaging each candle, accidents happen during shipping. If your candle arrives broken, please contact us immediately with photo proof. We will happily replace a broken candle in your next order. Sometimes candles & lids may get dented in shipping, but it won't effect the burn of the candle in anyway, and we do not replace them. 

International: We highly recommend purchasing tins or wax melts when shipping international, as the jars are glass. We do our best to package safely, but things happen. There will be no refunds, but we will provide a replacement after photo proof and a new order - the replacement will be added into the new order free of charge.
